The Monster Hunter series is pretty big in Japan, with it getting a dedicated Nintendo Direct today. Capcom used this opportunity to announce an expansion to Monster Hunter X (known as Monster Hunter Generations here). The update looks like it adds extra abilities to the Hunting Styles and more monsters to hunt, though there's no word on if it'll come stateside yet.
While the wait for this might be a while, you can check out what we thought of the original title here.

Our Take
It makes sense to pile on more monster madness over in Japan, though it might be better to have this expansion as DLC in the west. Either way, I'm reminded that I still needed High Rank Brachydios armor in MHG, so I'll see you all in five years after I manage that by myself.
