Another year's worth of content is coming for Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft confirmed on Twitter Sunday.
The past year has been an incredible journey, and we are excited to have you join us for another full year of content! http://pic.twitter.com/2W9youloDJ

The asymmetric multiplayer game, which debuted last December and has seen three expansions since, was also mentioned in Ubisoft's latest earnings call. The Crew, The Division, and Rainbow Six Siege each have more than 10 million registered players, representing a 132-percent increase over the past year in digital sales.
In addition to the expansions for Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft has also held several free weekends for the game over the past year and introduced a temporary $15 starter edition. Check out our review for more information.

Our Take
Microtransactions may often be unwelcome in full-price games, but Ubisoft's pledge to continue supporting Rainbow Six Siege with new content is definitely an argument in their favor.
