First Gameplay Of Akuma In Street Fighter V Shown At PlayStation Experience

Though already knew Akuma was headed to Street Fighter V, this year's PlayStation Experience offered the first look of the Instant Hell-Murdering character in action.

The trailer shows that the character remains mostly as we know him, with a few Street Fighter V-related twists. Rocking a new, lion-esque mane, he retains his Demon Flip, as well as his signature red and diagonal fireballs. His V-Trigger seems to increase the durability of his fireballs, making it easier for him to win at long range against other characters. His Super move from Street Fighter III, Kongou Kokuretsuzan, also makes a return. Finally, it seems like this time, we actually get to see what goes on during his Shun Goku Satsu.
