Warner Bros. Pictures released a new trailer today for Ready Player One, an upcoming Steven Spielberg film based off the sci-fi novel of the same name. In the trailer, we see several references to pop-culture, such as appearances from Overwatch's Tracer and Street Fighter's Chun-Li.
Ready Player One takes place in the year 2045. Much of humanity spends their days hooked up to headsets, exploring the virtual world of Oasis. When the creator of Oasis dies, he leaves behind a message about a mysterious Easter Egg that can be found in the game. If a player finds it, they inherit his entire fortune and corporation.
